This site uses two kinds of cookie: a session cookie for signed-in members, and optional cookies for visitor statistics. The statistics cookies do not load before you accept; decline and the site works exactly the same.
Essential storage
One entry in your browser’s local storage (2cmag-cc) remembers your cookie choice. It holds no personal data and is never sent to a server.
Member session cookie
When you sign in to comment, a cookie named MAGUYE is set. It only identifies your session: it does not track which pages you read, is not used for advertising and is never sent to third parties. It lasts at most 30 days, is deleted when you sign out, and exists only for signed-in members. It is essential — without it you could not stay signed in — so no consent is asked.
Analytics — consent based
If you accept, Google Analytics 4 loads and measures which pages are read, which country visitors come from and how long they stay. IP addresses are anonymised. Retention: 14 months maximum.
What we do not use
No advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, social trackers or ad networks. There is no advertising on this site.
